My trusty Azkoyen is up for sale so I can upgrade to a dinky little lever machine (a caravel I hope).
Two group, 7 or 9 litre boiler (can't remember and cant seem to find specs right now). It has a three leg element capable of 3600W, but currently tamed to run on 10amp power - choice of 1200W or 2400w as it has a multi-position switch. Rotary pump of course.
I dont really use the volumetric buttons, but they all work fine, just need programmed for your preference.
I insulated the boiler some time ago with insulbrite.
It has three portafillter handles - single, double and naked.
New element fitted about a year ago. Currently running on a tank and with a large drip container. Ideally this machine should be plumbed in though.
Can supply either as 10amp or full 15amp configuration.
Price? $575 to crema members. If not sold here shortly, it will go on E-bay and sell for whatever the market dictates.
Have attached a couple pictures, the last two show the cracks in the plastic on the top left side about half way back (repaired) and the split around the steam knob (apparently a common problem with this model). The cracks dont affect functionality and I think it still looks like a pretty nice machine.
Also take a look at old threads on repairs done <A href=
