I may be wrong about this, but I believe that Nestle have been roasting locally in Melbourne for some time now through a very well known local roaster, and that they already have brand presence here through the local (and very up-market) Gelato Antico del Corsa (sp?) Cheers, Pat

Interestingly, the Sydney 'boutique' is located on King St near Castlereagh - where all the Cartier, Louis Voutton (sp) shops are. I have walked past a few times and have never seen it very busy.
